The schedule of April, a month full of exhibitions

April 2011 will be a month with a rich program of fairs. For every taste and every need, from clothing to yachting, from music to furniture, from art to automobiles, from wellness to leather goods. But first things first.

In Naples, from April 1 to 3, at the Overseas Exhibition space, will take place the 15° edition of the BMT ‘Mediterranean Tourism Exchange‘, a must for travel agents, which this year will have an area dedicated to luxury tourism, with the presentation of resorts, hotels and luxury spas.

Also from April 1 to 3, Rimini will open its doors to ‘My Special Car Show (Rimini Fiere, Via Emilia), a European event dedicated to special and sports cars with the classic unscheduled official selections for Miss Italia 2011.

From April 6 to 8, in Bologna (Bologna Fiere, Via della Fiera) will start ‘Lineapelle‘, international exhibition of leather goods and accessories, with the latest trends in fashion and those awaited for the future seasons.

During the same period, 6-8 April, in Frankfurt – Germany, in the halls of Messe Frankfurt, it will be time for music, instruments and accessories at the ‘Musikmesse‘, one of the greatest European events in the sector. The program, in addition to exhibitions and discussions, includes more than 300 concerts and workshops for every taste in music: jazz, rock, pop, tango, fusion, classical and electronic.

From April 7 to 10, boating enthusiasts will gather at the International Boat Show of Venice, which will take place at the Arsenal. An event of great charm that, along with world class and prestigious brands – from large yachts to small pleasure boats – also opens this year to charter offers for next summer.

In Milan, from 12 to 17, the halls of the new Rho Fair will be occupied by the “Salone Internazionale del Mobile”. It will be the 50th anniversary of the event and it is expected to coincide with other events, the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, Euroluce (Lighting Exhibition) and SaloneUfficio (Biennial Workspace Exhibition); however, the entire city of Milan will be involved in a rich program of events and parties.

In Cologne, Germany, from April 13 to 17, there will be a great event with ‘Art Cologne‘, held at KölnMesse. In addition to the art exhibition characterizing the Fair, this year ample space will be given to new talents, with the section ‘New Position’, a sponsorship program and presentation of young artists.

Finally, in Essen, in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany, from April 14 to 17 will be held ‘Fibo‘, International Exhibition of bodybuilding and power sports, which this year will be in conjunction with the International Trade Fair for Fitness, Wellness & Health.
