In many ski resorts in the Alps<\/strong> and on specific trails you can already ski in the evening<\/strong>, under the moonlight as well as with artificial lighting. In addition, many skiers appreciate headlights on the tracks, as these are more homogenous and shadow-free compared to natural light, although cold, in those hours, is really intense.<\/p>\n

But in recent years, many resorts are gearing up to offer these special moments of sport, and then the slopes lit up at night are increasingly common and popular.<\/p>\n

In Italy<\/strong>, France<\/strong>, Switzerland<\/strong> and Austria<\/strong>, now there are dozens and dozens of opportunities to ski at night.<\/p>\n

In Aosta Valley<\/strong> and on the slopes of Mont Blanc you can ski at night in Gressoney<\/strong>, Courmayeur<\/strong><\/a>, La Salle and Breuil-Cervinia<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In France<\/strong> there are floodlit pistes in the evening in Morzine<\/strong><\/a>, Meg\u00e8ve, Courchevel<\/strong><\/a>, Val d’Isere, Les Deux Alpes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In Trentino<\/strong> you can ski at night in Val Gardena<\/strong>, Madonna di Campiglio<\/strong><\/a> and Cortina<\/strong><\/a>, which has been the first Italian resort to launch this mode on the famous track Tre Tre. In San Martino di Castrozza<\/strong><\/a>, at night you will enjoy skiing on the track Col Verde while in Pozza di Fassa there is the track Alloch.<\/p>\n

In Engadine, St. Moritz<\/strong>, in the evening you will enjoy Chastelets, 4 km, as well as Davos, Arosa, Crans Montana, Leukerbad and Val d’Herens. On the Austrian Alps, Salzburg<\/strong>, you can ski at night in Saalbach<\/strong>, Zell am See<\/strong><\/a> (also toboggan runs), in Badgastein, S\u00f6lden<\/strong><\/a> and Kitzb\u00fchel<\/strong><\/a> (3.5 km of slopes), but especially in S\u00f6ll<\/strong>, the largest lighted slopes’ area of the Tyrol.<\/p>\n

For those who want to enjoy night skiing, it is advisable to ask for information in advance, as many tracks have only fixed days on which they stay open at night.<\/p>\n
