We have chosen the Val di Noto<\/strong> area, a pearl of south-eastern Sicily, an area located between the province of Ragusa<\/a><\/strong>, Syracuse<\/strong><\/a> and part of the provinces of Catania and Caltanissetta.<\/p>\n
